24th February - Leadership Launch Event

The programme of six talks will launch on Wednesday 24th February with a leadership panel hosted by Head of BBC Radio 2, and Chair of The Radio Academy, Helen Thomas.  She’ll be hearing the inspirational stories of five leading women in the business:

3rd March - The Producer-Presenter relationship

BBC Radio 2’s Sara Cox and her producer Louise Molony will be in-conversation with Kaylee Golding, talking about the Presenter-Producer relationship and how they work together.

10th March - Women in Podcasting

Podcasting Pioneer Helen Zaltzman will be in conversation with Founder of Don't Skip Media Christina Moore and the hosts of Brown Girls Do It Too, Poppy Jay & Rubina Pabani. They'll be talking about the podcast sector, and how it's changed during its development in the last 20 years.

17th March - New Platforms

A discussion about new audio platforms, with Radio Times Moment of the Year co-winner Katherine Boyle who now presents a show with Iain Lee on Twitch, BBC Radio 1 Senior Social Media Strategist Linzi Symons who has pioneered work on TikTok and more, and Voice Technology expert and prolific Clubhouse user Ilarne Nche, Founder and Software Engineer at Adassa Innovations.
