The Radio Academy is currently recruiting for two exciting part-time roles to join the team – an Events and Content Producer, and a Social Media Producer.

The roles will play a vital part in delivering the Radio Academy’s mission to develop, promote and recognise excellence in UK radio and audio, helping to reach people across the industry with brilliant and fascinating programming.

Events and Content Producer

This part-time Producer will have a flair for coming up with original, timely ideas for content, as they will lead on devising and delivering an exciting calendar of regular programming for our members. The successful candidate will have a thorough, in-depth knowledge of the UK radio and audio sector, with an excellent network of contacts, and relevant professional experience in live broadcasting, audio/video editing, and website content production. Social Media Producer

This part-time Producer will manage our channels on the major social media platforms, and ensure we are at the centre of social conversations in the sector. The successful candidate will have a thorough, in-depth knowledge of the industry, and experience of running social media channels for high profile brands. They will have a clear understanding of engaging different audiences with an authentic tone of voice, and of devising creative content ideas to further the Radio Academy’s objectives.
