Our industry has lost one of its best. I’ll never forget our quiet lunch as I took up a senior post as a lone female at a difficult time for my employer, and worried deeply about whether I was good enough. We never worked in the same organisation, but Tim’s wise counsel, grace and encouragement had a huge impact on my self-belief and will to make a go of it. I’ll never forget that.
