Nicola Thomson & The Radio Academy

Nicola Thomson has recently been appointed as the independent consultant to to help the Academy.

The Radio Academy has announced the appointment of Nicola Thomson as an independent consultant, to help the Academy in expanding its commercial partners. Working directly with CEO Roger Cutsforth, Nicola’s remit is to develop new and innovative brand partnerships for the Academy’s planned programme of events & initiatives in Autumn 2017 and beyond.

Nicola was latterly Director of Media UK at Estée Lauder Companies whose brands include Clinique, MAC, Jo Malone, AVEDA, Estée Lauder, Origins, Tom Ford and Creme de la Mer.

Previously Nicola was Group Director of Marketing at Global Media & Entertainment where she was responsible for the marketing of Capital, Heart, Galaxy, Classic, LBC, XFM and Gold and prior to that was Marketing Director of Magic Radio and held senior marketing positions at Jazz FM and Carlton Screen Advertising

Nicola is a member of the Marketing Group of Great Britain.
