As a constantly evolving medium, radio requires that employees are up-to-date with the latest technologies, ideas and practices. This makes the role of teachers in radio central. Some stations will do all their training in-house, with one person sharing their skills and experience with another, whilst others will have a dedicated team working on skills development.
