Would you like to work in radio, but don’t know where to start? Get an introduction to the industry with The Radio Academy by volunteering at our events. We are always looking for enthusiastic and capable helpers who don’t mind mucking in with the lifting and carrying.

We are always looking for cheerful, can-do people to help us put on our events. This can be anything from loading a van, to decorating a room, to welcoming guests, to handing out trophies on stage. Take a look at our events pages to see the kind of things that we do.

Could you help us in house?

The Radio Academy runs a two/three month event-specific internship at our central London HQ. We are looking for someone with experience of events support or management, with a positive, friendly attitude, and bags of enthusiasm to work with us every day on the run up to one of our events. You will get to meet a whole range of industry hot shots, learn more about the industry, and participate in the production of our glitzy high-profile events.
