The Radio Academy holds an Annual General Meeting once a year, usually in early summer. All registered members are welcome to attend. The normal business of the AGM is to review and approve the company’s accounts for the previous year to 31st December and to announce the results of the Trustees Election for that year (if there has been one).
The Annual General Meeting of The Radio Academy for 2012 was held at The Gibson Building, 29-35 Rathbone Street, London, W1T 1NJ on Thursday 5th July 2012 for the following purpose:
- 1.To receive the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2011 and receive the Trustees’ and accountants’ reports.
The audited accounts were duly accepted. A PDF of the Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2011 is available to download here. There was no other business.
