The Radio Academy holds an Annual General Meeting once a year, usually in early summer. All registered members are welcome to attend. The normal business of the AGM is to review and approve the company’s accounts for the previous year to 31st December and to announce the results of the Trustees Election for that year (if there has been one).
The Annual General Meeting of The Radio Academy for 2013 will be held at BBC New Broadcasting House, Portland Place, London W1A 1AA on Thursday 11th July 2013 for the following purpose:
- 1.To receive the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2012 and receive the Trustees’ and accountants’ reports.
