When we launched The Radio Academy's inaugural 30 Under 30, we set out to find thirty young people who don’t just do their job well, but go the extra mile. We wanted to recognise the industry’s brightest young stars.

The response was far beyond our expectations, with over 200 entries from right across the UK, covering every sector and discipline of the industry we love. The quality of the entries was remarkably impressive and the independent panel, chaired by Paul Robinson, had a huge challenge to reduce them down to the final 30.
